Can I swap items in a bundle?

Bundle contents are fixed because the savings come from the combination. If you want a different mix, the easiest approach is buying the closest bundle and adding the extra piece separately, or building your own selection from the Shop All page. We do not customise bundles on a one-off basis.
Do bundle discounts stack with other sales or discount codes?

Bundle prices already include the bundle discount, so promotional codes do not stack on top in most cases. If we run a sitewide sale, the cart will automatically apply whichever discount works out better for you. Free shipping over $90 still applies to bundle orders.
Which bundle is best for a baby shower gift?

For a generous main gift, the First Foods Starter Kit at $271 is the right choice. It covers everything new parents need from 4 to 6 months when solids begin, and feels like a complete set rather than a random selection. Can I return one item from a bundle?

Yes, in some cases.

The KiddoKook Pro can be returned within 30 days under its risk-free trial, even if it was purchased as part of a bundle. If you return only the KiddoKook Pro, your refund will be based on the KiddoKook Pro’s portion of the bundle price, not its full standalone price.

Other accessory items in the bundle can be returned within 30 days only if they are unopened and eligible under our standard returns policy. Any refund for a partial bundle return will be calculated based on the amount paid for that item within the bundle.
What about the 30-day trial on the KiddoKook Pro inside a bundle?

The 30-day risk-free trial on the KiddoKook Pro applies whether you buy it on its own or as part of a bundle.

If you purchase the KiddoKook Pro in a bundle and return only the KiddoKook Pro, the refund will be based on the KiddoKook Pro’s portion of the bundle price, not its full standalone price.

The other accessories in the bundle are non-returnable once opened, but unopened accessory items can be returned within 30 days under our standard returns policy.
Do bundles ship together or separately?

Every bundle ships as a single parcel from our warehouse. Orders placed before 11am AEST dispatch the same business day. Most metro deliveries arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Free standard shipping applies to all bundle orders that sit above the $90 threshold.
